Share allocation

Each director entered in the previous step will also be recorded as a shareholder. Set how their shares are split.

To avoid discrepancies: shareholder names, ID numbers, dates of birth, sex and emails are copied directly from the director records. Change the director details in Step 3 if anything is wrong here.
